As Airmeex family, our answer to ‘why we are active as producing company within the scope of Atex and why we create awareness about using exproof equipment is too important’.

Today, machines and technological systems are used almost in everywhere with the development of technology. These places are production facility, factories, mine etc. Every inovation has advantage and disadvantage in our life. We, AIRMEEX Family, try to minimize these disadvantage as much as possible.

Our purpose of existence on the sector; as a producing company both in Turkey and France with regulation and standart while improving producing identity ‘firstly, personnel health and security then, protecting equipment and production facility lastly, considering national wealth’. Therefore, exproof equipments and systems that using in explosive and hazardous area are produced.

Our first aim, eliminate risk which occur in explosive area so we can provide safe workplace for people, environment and country.

We consider our customer requirements so we provide all products and services just in time. Thanks to this, we try to increase customer satisfaction and this is our main objective. We are awake about how reach this objective; with our workmates’ education, studies and care about

ATEX more than everything. For this reason, we try to improve ourselves everyday and find benefits to all parties. Moreover, we are always ready to support firms about technical informations, ATEX and knowledge.

Chemical, petrochemical, natural gas, petrol, mine, chemical warehouse sectors contain flammable materail. Because of this, there can be leakage that consider gas, vapour, mist when there is a shipment, store and other act in the places of the sectors. Also, there can be combustible dust. Especially, in food, chemical industry and plastic sector. These flammable gas, vapour, mist and dust can cause to explosive area and when come together with ignition source there can be a fire and explosion.

ATEX is the name of directive of Europe that regulate the protection system for equipment which is used in explosive area. ATEX has a legal basis for protect people and environment from potentially explosive atmosphere.

AIRMEEX, convert to exproof every electrical and hydraulic systems that used in explosive area. While we operate these process, ATEX directives that 2014/34/AB ‘Equipment and Protective Sytems Intended for use in Potentially Explosive Atmosphere’ is considered. Moreover, we adapt ATEX to the electrical or diesel light weight, middle weight, weighty forklift, pallet truck, compressor, crane, personnel carrier, generator that used in potentially explosive atmospheres. After ATEX adaptation, Airmeex is provided with CE Decleration to all machines that are made by us.

We are certified both from France and Turkey’s notified bodies for all exproof equipment and ATEX process. In addition, quality management system is implemented for Atex about our tools and hardware of personnel.
