Explanation
A spark arrestor is designed to stop sparks coming from the DIESEL engine to avoid the propagation of explosion or fire in dangerous areas such as
– Petrol refinery
– Chemical plants
– Silos
– Pharmaceutical plants
– Explosive transport
The AIRMEEX ASS series are in stainless steel construction, with a dry cyclonic effect which extinguished the sparks.
We supply spark arrestors to a variety of lengths, diameters, pipe sizes and power ranges, allowing you to find the spark arrestor which meets your specification.
All type are in accordance with ATEX Directive or OCMA MEC-1 specifications.
No maintenance is required due to a self cleaning operation of the particulate contain inside.
Spark arrestors can be fitted in horizontal or vertical position at the end of the exhaust line or designed as a complete silencer
